The proposed works include the following to Killbarry Bridge: • Grouting of the abutments and arch up to quarter points • Installation of 2no. tie bars at the quarter points of the arch • Installation of 2no. ground anchors at the left-hand side downstream wing wall • Reinforced gunite spray to be applied to the arch, abutments and left-hand side downstream wing wall • Concrete scour repairs to the southwest wing wall and right-hand side abutment • Localised masonry repairs and repointing of the existing arch, spandrel and wing walls as required • Reconstruction of the 2.4m damaged section of the upstream parapet and crack repairs • Taking up the grass verges and replacing them with rubbing strips along the parapets • Surface dressing the bridge and approaches • Act as PSCS for the construction works The framework wi
