ty Framework Agreement for Conservation and Refurbishment Works for Dublin City Council for projects with an estimated construction value in excess of €5m ex. VAT with the Refurbishment of the Former Isolation Hospital and Repurposing to Community / Cultural Use as the Initial Project. The overall value of the Framework is €80m ex. VAT. The overall scope of works to the Isolation Hospital involves the renovation of multiple existing buildings and repurposing for community use. In broad summary the works included in the renovation of each of the existing buildings include: Demolitions and Alterations - stripping out any remaining decayed timber structures, completions, walls, floors, forming new or widening existing openings for new door sets Substructures - new foundations and rising wall for extensions, new suspended timber floor structures to ground floors generally throughout Wall
