Letterkenny town centre under URDF Call 3 Approved Programme and the provision of reports, communication and meetings (both remote and in-person) as and when required in association with same. The scope of works will include: - As an indication, 1-2 properties per contract - Staged services as required and as follows: (i) Report on market valuation. (ii) Advices/ acting on behalf of Donegal County Council in securing agreement to acquire where possible. (iii) In the event of progression to CPO/CA process, report on CPO Heads of Claim.
