uired to provide all of the professional services (including specialist skills as listed) as necessary to comply with the Client's instructions and to ensure a satisfactory completion of the projects under the Framework. The specialist skills required are: - Financial Modelling - Development Advisory - Project Management - Employer's Representative Duties - Cost Control Management Please note that this framework will be established using a 'Notional' project, which has been prepared to be reflective of the type of projects called off over the duration of the framework. The Framework once established will have a duration of four (4) years. The projects can be either Residential or Non-Residential to meet the needs of Dublin City Council.
