These events may include, but are not limited to, conferences, annual awards events, training programmes, meetings, and other business-related functions. The services required under this tender include, but are not limited to Overnight accommodation inclusive of breakfast, Conference room hire and associated facilities and Meeting Room hire. Hotels are required to submit an annual quotation for the services outlined above. Rates must be provided on a monthly rate as set out in the pricing schedule and exclusive of VAT.
