Applications can be received at any time over the life of the Panels, any party who fails to qualify may re-apply at any time Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Panel for Arts , and Cultural Programming, Event Management, Arts and Cultural Programme/Project Co-ordination, and Arts and Cultural Programme Assessment Services for the Dublin City Arts Office.
