ProcedurăTitlu: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES for COURTHOUSE, WASHINGTON STREET, CORKDescriere: The Service Provider, in consultation with Courts Service staff, will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and support of building facilities in Cork Courthouse, Washington Street, Cork. This will involve the coordination and management of a range of contractors and suppliers who are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, servicing and repair of the systems listed above. The Service Provider will be required to maintain the building to a high standard of efficiency while at the same time having due regard to the operating environment and in particular the need to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted continuation of court business. Given the nature and extent of the bui
