ying out of any aspects associated with the existing dog warden service in the County as well as management and operation of the Dog Shelter and future relevant applicable and relevant legislation. Under the provisions of the Dog Breeding Establishments Act 2010 the Local Authority is responsible for establishing and maintaining a register of dog breeding establishments situated in their functional area. The Local Authority shall agree with the Service Provider to enter these arrangements whereupon the Service Provider shall exercise on behalf of the Local Authority, functions under Section 18 and 19 of the Act according to agreed procedures.
