VAT. This framework is to be established for Civil + Structural Engineering Services as Principal Service Provider. The Framework will be broken down in to Lots which will align with the HSE Capital and Estates Regional Offices of which there are ten (10). There is an option for Applicants to apply for all ten (10) should they wish.
