New glazed external door to be added to GF unit 02 replacing a fixed a section of existing glazing. Door is 1050mm, 720mm fixed screen with a keypad locking system linked to fire alarm. New floor covering to the communal GF areas (approx. 230sqm). This is all currently carpet tiles, to be replaced with a vinyl modular flooring finish. Entry Lobby tiling to be removed and a heavy duty carpet to be installed. Take for a levelling compound/screed to the area. 6 no. New FD30 Doors to be installed (1040mm opes). 2 no. Glazed screens, 1800x1200, 30 min fire resistance.
