ision in the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine located in Backweston, Co Kildare. This is the renewal of a Service contract for the maintenance and repair of nitrogen generators for the Food Chemistry Division. Any contract that may result from this Competition (the Services Contract) will be issued for a term of sixty (60) months (the Term). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of four (4) such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
