amework 05 Non Acute Healthcare Capital Works - Project Value €15M to €60M excl. Vat for HSE West region (Galway, Mayo and Roscommon). The Initial project will consist of the construction of a new build 75 bed Community Nursing unit (CNU) within the Ballina District Hospital campus with direct linkages into the existing Ballina District Hospital. The new build 75 bed Community Nursing unit (CNU) will consist of 3 floors with 25 single ensuite bed room accommodation to HIQA standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People in Ireland at each level Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor (level 0,1, 2) along with linkages to existing hospital street, new stairways, service lift and new 2 Nr.
