These detail design documents will form part of the procurement of the overall NCRR development Main Works Contract PWCF1, but conservation works will be focused on Sub Element A (Archive and Museum) and Sub Element C (Community, Family and Parenting facilities). This project is to be delivered using Building Information Management (BIM) in compliance with the BIM Mandate for the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF).
