mitments. This online platform should be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The platform should provide a means of assessment at points in the training modules. On successful completion of assessment the platform should produce proof of completion for onward verifications within DAFM. The Department has a strong commitment to providing an excellent customer service.
