As part of the service delivery, panel members will be required to provide the following minimum specialist services: • Design Team Lead, • Architect, • Employer’s Representative for works contracts, • Design Certifier (under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014) • Assigned Certifier (under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014) • PSDP Additional optional specialist services that may be required include Measured Surveys; Condition Surveys; Architectural Conservation Consultancy Services; Accessibility Audits; Design Services for Disability Access Certificates and Fire Safety Consultancy Services.
