IDA Strategic Property Department now seeks to appoint a consultant following a dilapidation process with an outgoing tenant. Aligned to the dilapidations agreement, the baseline works involve minimal, but necessary repairs and upgrade works to be carried out to the building. This involves typical necessary repairs/maintenance works as would be required to a building of this age following the end of a tenancy. These works are required to return the building to satisfactory marketable standard and to remove some of the previous tenant’s bespoke fit out. IDA Strategic Property Department is now seeking to appoint a Project Management Led Integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver all services outlined in this document. The Project Management led M
