ately 100/200 of these Council owned properties are vacated by tenants each year and any such vacated properties are termed ‘Relets’ and may be secured by means of metal screens to windows and doors, whilst various clearing and cleaning services are required to be performed by other parties to their interiors and exteriors prior to them being re-let. There will also be a need to have flexibility in the contract as Wicklow County Council operates five days per week with an after-hours emergency call out service.
