agement and delivery services for Year 1 of a food-heritage festival pilot, to be delivered in 2026 as part of the Interreg North-West Europe (NWE) SLOWTOUR project. The Contracting Authority, Limerick City and County Council (“the Contracting Authority”), invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers to support the community-led design and delivery of a multi-day food-heritage festival aligned with the objectives of the SLOWTOUR project. The Services will include the coordination and facilitation of community engagement and co-design activities, the development of a festival programme informed by this engagement, and the planning and delivery of the festival.
