lation to the procurement and execution of such works. Scope of works under a Contract may include (without limitation) the civil, electrical, and mechanical design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the solar farm which will connect to the Project’s substation (which will be designed and constructed by another party under a separate electrical works contract outside the scope of this Qualification System). The scope includes the design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and testing of all mechanical, electrical, SCADA and solar equipment for the solar farm (excluding the Project’s substation) which may or may not include the PV modules.
