Project Shine. 3D layout of existing + proposed can be found in Appendix 3: Layout Drawings. (Which can be made available upon request to Ciara.Walsh@mdfosb.com following signing an NDA). Project Shine involves the installation of the following: • Wet fuel handling system of which the main component are: • Walking floor system • Various conveyors • Screens + Hoppers • Dry Fuel handling system of which the main components are: • Edge trim + dust silo • Blowers • Ducting and diverters • Energy plant of which the main components are: • Walking floor system for biomass fuel • Main 56MW biomass furnace • Thermal Oil Heating + pumping • Electrostatic Precipitator • Steam Generator • Associated ID fans: recirculation, primary + secondary. • MDF dryers of which the main components are: • Hot Gas Duct • Face Dryer • Core Dryer • Associated fans • Services
