ing how the voice of the child is heard and considered in private family law proceedings. Tenderers are required to: - Monitor and assess the key processes involved in the setup and management of the Pilot. - Explore all key stakeholder’s experiences of the project including children, parents/guardians, Advocates, judges, as well as other relevant legal staff and associated support services. - Provide timely feedback to improve processes and outcomes for the duration of the Pilot. - Provide an analysis of processes and outcomes of phase one, after 12 months, to inform decisions on the subsequent roll out of Phase two of the Pilot. - Provide further analysis at the end of the Pilots’ phases to assess the outcomes of the Pilot to date.Identificatorul procedurii: 63cc4982-5ec7-44ee-8059-e7ab652eca6eTip de procedură: DeschisăProcedura este accelerată:
