This will include but not necessarily be limited to; Conducting scoping and agree delivery outcomes for lifetime of this contract Developing and agreeing project plan for continued delivery of leadership priorities of the Agency, including further delivery of Tusla’s current 4 Leadership Development Programmes, support for change management, team coaching, competency framework and other processes Supporting Tusla in the development of its Leadership and Management Academy, through review of existing internal Tusla resources, processes and structures, as contributing to Tusla Leadership Capability Supporting a review of Tusla learning and development systems and processes and advising on lean, effective and evidence-based enhancements that may support resourcing, prioritisation and delivery of Learning and Development across Tusla in line with Tusla’s Reform Programme.
