o support Skillnet Ireland in delivering short courses under the EU DIGITAL4Security - European Master's Programme in Cybersecurity Management and Data Sovereignty Project The purpose of this tender competition is to select an experienced and qualified Tenderer to design, deliver, and evaluate a suite of live online cybersecurity short courses, primarily targeted at SMEs but also open to other companies. These short courses are a key mechanism for delivering on the DIGITAL4Security project objectives, in particular: • Improving cybersecurity readiness and resilience of participating organisations. • Addressing the cybersecurity skills gap with training that is market-led, practical, and aligned with the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF). • Supporting secure digital transformation and competitiveness by equipping current and future organisational leaders with the skills
