to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement to for the Provision of professional advisory services in relation to: The establishment and operation of the Interim Project Management Unit within the existing Dublin City Council City Co-ordination Office, The establishment of a fully operational Legal Implementation Body (e.g. SPV) within Dublin City Council for the delivery of capital projects related to the recommendations outlined in the Capital City Report Additional services The successful tenderer will report to the City Co-ordination Office Executive Manager and work closely with the staff across the City Co-ordination Office.
