Requests to Participate”) to this pre-qualification questionnaire (“PQQ”) for the provision of goods and services described in Appendix 1 of this PQQ. This public procurement competition is being conducted in accordance with the restricted procedure under Regulation 28 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016). The Competition will involve two stages as described as follows: Stage 1 – Pre-qualification: The Contracting Authority will shortlist the five (5) highest ranked Candidates shall proceed to Stage 2.
