g. The project is to enhance the outdated bathroom facilities and replace the poorly functioning existing services. Civil/Structural Scope of Works The main contractor is responsible for coordination of mechanical and electrical strip out including removal and correct means of disposal of all equipment and material from strip out works. The Main contractor to remove and strip out existing furniture, flooring and ceiling.
