e successful candidate to be able to assign a small team of contractors to facilitate urgent situations on an hourly rate basis. This may involve after hours and weekend work services depending on the level of urgency. The works will be commissioned on an as-needed basis and priced individually or hourly depending on the scope of works. The appointed contractor will be expected to provide competitive quotations / Hourly rates for each task. The scope of services may include, but is not limited to: • Minor road and footpath repairs • Logyard maintenance, including upkeep of Logyard roads • General building maintenance / repairs • Minor concrete repair works • Environmental cleaning tasks, including the cleaning and repair of drainage systems The contractor must be capable of delivering high-quality work while adhering to site safety, environmental, and operational standards.
