For payroll purposes please note the following: • Permanent placements will be paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. • Fixed-term placements will in the main be fixed-term contract placements paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll. However, from time to time on an exceptional and adhoc basis the Contracting Authority may have a requirement for fixed-term agency resources. These fixed-term agency resources would be employed and paid directly by the Technical Recruitment agency. • Temporary Agency resources will be employed and paid directly by the Technical Recruitment agency awarded the call-off contract. Throughout this document fixed-term placements will be defined as fixed-term contract placements and applies where the placement is employed and paid through the Contracting Authority’s payroll or fixed-t
