d OfficeDescriere: DAFM's IMT Forestry Team seeks a team of resources to assist it in its role to supportthe Departments business staff deliver Ireland's current Forestry Programme 2023-2027 and its active predecessors. The current Forestry Programme 2023-2027 is a €1.3 billion plan to boost afforestation, biodiversity, and climate action by offering increased, tax-free grants and 20-year premiums for planting various forest types, including native woodlands, agroforestry, and commercial forests, supporting landowners to grow income while achieving national targets. The team will support 60+ paying schemes associated with this programme and predecessor programmes. DAFM Forestry is also the states largest land licencing body by some distance.
