3 sites namely Rossa Avenue, Cork 12000m², Westside Hospitality Centre Model Farm Road Cork 1750m² and Life Sciences Centre, Unit 1 Carrigaline Industrial Park, Crosshaven Road, Carrigaline. 1456m². It is anticipated that the contract will start in 01st August 2025 and run for an initial period of 2 years, with options to extend for a further two 1-year periods. The Mechanical Maintenance contract is required to provide building services maintenance and minor installations to all three sites.
