cial needs rooms on the ground floor and two general classrooms, a special needs room and disabled accessible toilet on the first floor. Development will involve minor site works. All works to be carried out in strict adherence with the Department of Education and Skills Technical Guidance Documents. Restricted nature of the site should be noted and tendering Contractors should familiarise themselves with the existing spatial constraints. The existing school building will be in use during the contract period.
