Buildings, with the initial project of a proposed Norman Themed Visitor Centre at 20-21 The Quay, New Ross, Co.Wexford. ------------ It is envisaged that during the lifetime of the framework, there may be a number of tourism development projects and/or works to convert old/protected/heritage type buildings to bring them back into use, for which works contracts will be procured using this framework. Potential projects that may form future mini-competitions off the framework include (but are not limited to): - Dunbrody Visitor Centre Extension (New Ross) - John Street Grain Store (New Ross) - Hook Head Visitor Centre - Irish National Heritage Park expansion - Ballast Office Redevelopment ------------------ WCC reserves the right to procure works for these and other similar works contract using separate procurement processes if so desired. -----------------The Framework Agreements will be
