opean Investment Bank (EIB) and grants from EBRD Water Fund and European Union’s Investment Facility for Central Asia (EU IFCA), administered by EBRD, towards the cost of the Osh Water and Wastewater Rehabilitation Project (Phase II).The Purchaser now invites sealed tenders from Suppliers for the following Contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:Contract Title: “Rehabilitation of pumping stations”Contract No.: OWRP-2/S&E-18/004Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from the Bank is open to firms from any country.To be qualified for the award of a Contract, Tenderers must substantially satisfy the following minimum criteria:1) Average annual turnover:Minimum average annual turnover should be not less than:1 300 000,00 EUR calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 3 years (2015, 2016 and 2017).2) Experience:Contracts of similar size and nature.Participation as contractor, management contractor, or subcontractor, in at least. 2 (two) supply and install contracts within the last 7 (seven) years (
