istici ale procedurii: In order to qualify as competent for performing the subject agreement for public procurement, the economic operator shall submit the following documents as part of the technical offer: - A decision for putting a medical device into circulation or a temporary or permanent permission for parallel import in accordance with the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices. - A statement that on the day of the delivery, the offered medical devices and materials’ period of sterility is at least half from the estimated period of sterility. - A statement that the last generation of each medical device and material is offered in accordance with the technical specification requirements.
