ds from the junction where the road to the village of Bojane branches off from the regional road R-1206, continuing up to the village of Glumovo, and ultimately to the confluence with the Treska River. Suva Reka, also referred to as Dervenska Reka and historically known as Fush, is located between the Suva Gora and Žeden mountain ranges. The river flows parallel to the Skopje–Tetovo road until its confluence with the Treska River. Comprehensive technical documentation has been prepared for the improvement of the hydrological regime of Suva Reka within the Municipality of Saraj.
