Following publication, it was determined that certain technical specifications required amendment to ensure full compatibility between the trailers and the tractors currently owned by the Contracting Authority. As the tender has already been available on the market for a considerable period and economic operators are already familiar with its scope and requirements, the Contracting Authority considers that the use of the accelerated procedure is justified to avoid unnecessary delay and to ensure the timely delivery of the trailers for upcoming Carnival activities.2.1.1.
