ology (Dissolved Air Flotation) to be used to test the efficacy of this treatment technology on wastewaters generated by the cleaning of grease traps used in the catering and food manufacturing industries. These wastewaters are highly concentrated in fats, oils and greases and have a high concentration of suspended solids. This wastewater is carried by wastewater tankers (bowsers) and is currently being discharged into the sewer system.
