Please be advised that ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Romania Limited Nassau (Bahamas) Sucursala Bucuresti (“EMEPRL”) is conducting this Market Sounding as the operator of the Neptun Deep Project. This inquiry, as well as other similar inquiries, are a part of EMEPRL’s preparatory activities necessary to evaluate the technical and economic conditions for the project. No decision has yet been made to move forward with the Neptun Deep Project, and a wide range of issues will influence such decision to invest. Therefore, EMEPRL will not necessarily conclude any contracts as a result of this inquiry. For additional information, please see the Attachment 2 \"Additional Desciption\" included below.
