Two sub-contracts shall be signed. One sub-contract is for the procurement of 12-20 new dental units, and the other sub-agreement is for a framework agreement for the service and maintenance of these dental units. The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with one tenderer for both sub-contracts, and tenderers must therefore submit a tender for both sub-contracts. The estimated value of the framework agreement for service and maintenance is NOK 10 million excluding VAT and the maximum value is NOK 15 million excluding VAT over the entire duration of the agreement.
