The agreement applies to The Directorate of Public Construction and Property ́s private air raid shelters in Northern Norway. A list of air raid shelters is given in the annex. Private air raid shelters built in accordance with previous regulations shall continue to be kept in accordance with the regulations in question when the building permit was granted. Tenderers shall, in condition analyses, map which regulations apply for each air raid shelter and improve in order to fulfil the current regulations. The tenderer will be responsible for the preparation of condition analyses for each air raid shelter. The condition analysis shall form the basis for repairing defects in the air raid shelters.2.1.1.
