te legal and practical conditions regarding the procurement of places in residential offers on farms or equivalent for persons with mental health failures and/or milder additional problems. The service shall provide a complete tender in the form of a residence with 24 hour care services as well as an option for employment during the day under the auspices of the farm. The resident ́s resources shall, through stays in residential offers on farms or equivalent, be strengthened in a way that reduces the need for more serious intervention at a later date. The objective of the resident is through targeted measures and activities to achieve increased stability related to illness and life conduct. The participants in this framework agreement are the following legal entities (the Customer): - Flesberg municipality - Gran municipality (option) - Jevnaker municipality - Krødsherad municipality (
