electricity supply in addition to backup components UPS and emergency generators, redundant cooling, redundant network accesses, physical and logical security as well as a guard services. The Norwegian Tax Administration currently leases locations with a computer centre and associated operations and maintenance contracts . These contracts expire in the years up to 2028, and the Norwegian Tax Administration must then move their equipment to new data centres. The objective of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for computer centre services in two different computer centres in the Oslo area (called Area 2 and Area 3) when the relevant lease contracts expire. The contracting authority shall enter two contracts. The scope of the two contracts are identical except the time period where the Delivery Day shall occur (see Annex 3 on this).
