tant services through Helsenorge.NHN has decided, on the advice of the Priority Council, to establish a service for plans. This includes developing, putting into production and running the service 'Establishment of Patients' plans'. NHN is responsible for coordinating the initiative. The aim of the procurement is to enable gps to participate in digital interaction on the patient ́s plans. The interaction shall take place between the general practitioner, municipal health service and the specialist health service. A prerequisite for the interaction is that the GP's journal system must have equivalent ambition levels as the professional systems that the municipalities and specialists use in Digital Home Follow-up (DHO) pipelines.
