DeschisăProcedura este accelerată: nuPrincipalele caracteristici ale procedurii: Statsbygg has been given the task of renovating the facade of Harald Schjelderups hus (HSH), Forskningsveien 3, Oslo. The project mainly comprises facade, window, roof renovation. The building consists of four wings north, south wing, A-wing and West wing.The building shall be in operation during the renovation and the turnkey contractor shall take this into consideration when planning/carrying out their activities. The University of Oslo (UiO) are users of the building with employees, researchers, students, visitors and operational personnel. The entity is administering, teaching, research, laboratory activities, canteen and etc. The existing ventilation aggregates on the roof shall be replaced with new aggregates.
