s well as strengthen and further develop the service offer at Sandetun. The aim is to meet future capacity needs and ensure a modern, sustainable and well coordinated service offer. The competition concerns: Demolition of 12 existing municipal houses. Construction of a new building Renovation of buildings C and D Renovation of building H for further use as a day centre for persons living at home with dementia. As a part of the construction of the new building, parking under the roof will be established, facilitated for official vehicles and electric vehicles. Services included in the project: 30 new 24 hour sheltered accommodation flats Leisure activities for persons living at home with dementia.
