The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with: Implementation with regard to financing and relevant competence in the tenders. Uncontrollable conditions are not yet known to the builder for publication, for example political treatment. The set milestones (phases) can be changed due to unfounded delays in the procedure and political treatment in the municipality. The obligation to make requirements regarding apprentices is considered to apply for this procurement, cf. the Procurement Act § 7.
