, parking areas and other areas in accordance with the municipality ́s zone map. The contracting authority has divided the procurement into 11 sub-contracts (zones). This has been done in order to stimulate competition and facilitate for both large and small tenderers to submit tenders in accordance with the municipality ́s procurement strategy. The contracting authority would like tenders from tenderers with the professional, technical and financial basis necessary to fulfil the contractual obligations and ensure a winter operation standard in accordance with Trondheim municipality ́s guidelines.
