a need for a framework agreement that ensures predictability, quality and cost efficiency in such transport services. The Education Agency would like to enter into a framework agreement with up to three tenderers, provided that there are a sufficient number of qualified and competitive tenders. The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the Oslo School ́s total need for passenger transport by bus. The agreement shall include both short and longer driving assignments - from simple roundtrip transports in the Oslo area (e.g. excursions to museums, sports events or co-operating schools) to transport over longer distances, such as school camps or events outside of Oslo. The agreement also includes transport for the implementation of the Summer School in Oslo, which is arranged every year during the summer holidays.
