ICT related assignments that require local attendance at the school. Examples of assignments are distribution of user names and passwords, installation of equipment, technical set-up in connection with the exams, and reporting and following-up errors with the service provider CGI. ICT management ensures contact between teachers and pupils and service desk at CGI, and with UDA ́s own service desk and other roles centrally in the education administration. See annex 4 for further information on what the ICT management ́s assignments include. The schools ́ need for resources for ICT accountable assignments varies. Large sixth form colleges tend to have several full-time employees and some also have apprentices. Minor primary schools only need a few hours a week and therefore do not need a full-time position.
