Emphasis is put on the fact that this is an estimate based on previous procurements and is not binding for the future contract volume. The procurement is for printing and distributing Askermagasinet for up to four editions per annum. Dividing the procurement will not be appropriate, as such a system would have resulted in more administration, several costs and greater environmental impact, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations. § 19-4.
